Jen Marco (she/her) serves as the Academic Technology Analyst on behalf of the Office of the Provost's Academic Innovation Team and Pitt Information Technology at the University of Pittsburgh. In her work, Jen strives to ensure that emerging technology provides personalized, empowered, and meaningful experiences for students at the University.
Jen served on the development and implementation team for Pitt ACT and spearheaded an initiative to standardize FERPA compliance at the University. She holds a master's degree in Administration and Policy Management and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Pittsburgh.
