Kaylee Burns

  • Technology Coordinator for Student Success

Kaylee's passion in higher education lies within helping students thrive by bridging the gap between technology and support services. As a Technology Coordinator for Student Success, she currently supports the implementation and expansion of Pathways, Pitt’s centralized student success platform powered by EAB’s Navigate system, particularly with our regional campus partners (Pitt-Bradford, Pitt-Greensburg, and Pitt-Johnstown).

Additionally, Kaylee continues to be an active collaborator on the Pitt PRSSIM Project, where she provides platform support for the me3® Major and Career Quiz, Degree Finder, and first-year student onboarding initiatives at Pitt, also in close connection with our regional campus partners.

Kaylee's own journey as a first-generation student shaped her dedication to serving at-promise populations, including students from low-income or disadvantaged backgrounds, first-generation students, international students, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and more.

Kaylee's goal is simple: to help every student not only persist, but thrive academically, personally, and professionally by consistently ensuring equitable access to resources and support for students across ALL Pitt campuses.
