Kaylee's passion in higher education lies within helping students thrive by bridging the gap between technology and support services. As a Student Success Technology Coordinator, she currently supports the implementation and expansion of Pathways, Pitt’s centralized student success platform powered by EAB’s Navigate system, particularly with our regional campus partners (Pitt-Bradford, Pitt-Greensburg, and Pitt-Johnstown).
Additionally, Kaylee continues to be an active collaborator on the Pitt PRSSIM Project, where she provides platform support for the me3® Major and Career Quiz, Degree Finder, and first-year student onboarding initiatives at Pitt, also in close connection with our regional campus partners.
Kaylee's own journey as a first-generation student shaped her dedication to serving at-promise populations, including students from low-income or disadvantaged backgrounds, first-generation students, international students, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and more.
Kaylee's goal is simple: to help every student not only persist, but thrive academically, personally, and professionally by consistently ensuring equitable access to resources and support for students across ALL Pitt campuses.
