Kelly (she/her) serves as the Associate Director for Student Success Operations at the University of Pittsburgh, where she supports and administers strategic initiatives that advance the institution’s educational mission. In this role, she collaborates closely with executive leadership to develop, coordinate, and implement student success goals, ensuring that projects are efficiently organized and deliver meaningful outcomes.

Passionate about helping students thrive both academically and personally, Kelly is dedicated to fostering a strong sense of belonging and inclusion across the Pitt community. She brings extensive experience in academic administration, project coordination, and student support to her work. Prior to her current role, she managed a multi-university research collaborative and taught Academic Foundations for First-Year Programs, earning recognition for her exceptional mentorship and teaching.
