Melissa Kelly (she/her) serves as the Senior Student Success Technology Coordinator within the Office of the Provost. In this role, Melissa supports the implementation and expansion of Pathways, Pitt’s centralized student success platform powered by EAB’s Navigate system.
Melissa brings experience managing and supporting digital platforms across the university, helping to ensure that tools effectively meet the needs of both students and campus partners. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Secondary Education from Juniata College and is a first-generation college graduate.
