Mia comes to Pitt from The Neighborhood Learning Alliance, where she guided and supported underrepresented and first-generation students in navigating college and career pathways, including applications, resume development, and interview preparation to expand access to postsecondary opportunities.
Previously, Mia was at The Pennsylvania State University, where she received both her Bachelor of Science in Education and Public Policy and her Master of Education in Higher Education.
