Michael Brubaker serves as the Assistant Director for Student Success Technology, where he leads the strategic implementation and support of the Pathways (EAB Navigate360) Student Success Platform. In this role, he oversees platform optimization, advisor and mentor training, and ensures the technology is effectively leveraged to enhance student outcomes.
A proud first-generation college graduate, Michael holds a BS in Secondary Mathematics Education from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and an MEd in Higher Education Management from Pitt’s School of Education.
