The Emma W. Locke Memorial Award

Established in 1946 by Charles A. Locke as a tribute to his mother, for whom the award is named. The undergraduate school deans each nominate one candidate for their high scholarship, character, leadership, and devotion to the ideals of the University of Pittsburgh.
